Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoldGigger service ("Service") operated by Jiří Vacek, with registered seat at Stará Chodovská 9, 357 35 Chodov, Czech Republic, IČO 08507473 ("Operator", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GoldGigger helps freelancers identify potential clients on the public web and draft personalized outreach emails. All emails are sent manually by you, from your own email account. We do not send emails on your behalf.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

  • You must comply with all applicable anti-spam and electronic-communications laws (including GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, CAN-SPAM, and CASL where relevant).
  • You must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient and must honor opt-out requests promptly.
  • You must not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
  • You must not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

4. Subscription & payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are stated on the pricing page and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. AI-generated content

Drafts produced by the Service are suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any draft before sending it. We make no warranty about accuracy, relevance, or fitness for purpose.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your portfolio content and any emails you compose. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the Service. The Service, its software, and branding remain our property.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The courts of the Czech Republic have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
